PROJECT 64 believes in providing transparent and reliable shipping services to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing shipping for products purchased from PROJECT 64, operating under the brand name Onsomblr. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by this policy.
SHIPPING METHODS AND REGIONS SERVED

- PROJECT 64 uses reputable courier services to deliver products to our customers.
- We engage one or more third-party carriers or logistics providers (Carriers) to fulfill shipping obligations. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the Carrier’s custody. Any reference to our delivery timeframes begins when title transfers to the Carrier
- For certain pin codes or remote areas, shipping may take longer than the standard delivery times, or we may be unable to ship to those locations. We will notify you if your delivery address falls within such areas.
- The shipping method used for your order may vary based on your location, order size, and product type.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
- Orders using the cash-on-delivery (COD) payment method will be validated prior to shipment through e-mail or multimedia text messages such as SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls to the e-mail address or mobile number provided at the time of registration or order placement.
- During sale events, festive seasons, or other high-volume periods, order processing may take 1-2 additional business days.
- We shall have no liability for any delay caused by payment-gateway failures, address verification issues, or Force Majeure events (see Clause 10).
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the product(s).
- The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value or during promotional periods. Free shipping does not apply to expedited, oversized, or restricted-area deliveries.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for expedited shipping or delivery to remote locations.
- All applicable customs duties, taxes, and handling fees for international shipments are your sole responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take 7-10 business days after order processing.

ORDER TRACKING

- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days after order processing, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. d. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature, size, or regulatory requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any shipment if products are prohibited, restricted, or misclassified under local or international shipping regulations..
- We may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses for certain products.
- We comply with all applicable laws and Carrier requirements in every jurisdiction where we ship.
ADDRESS INFORMATION AND CHANGES
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
- Changes to shipping addresses must be requested within 3 hours of order placement. Once an order is dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
- You must inspect deliveries immediately and report damage or shortages within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photographs. Claims submitted after this period may be declined.
- We cannot guarantee that address change requests will be accommodated after an order has been processed.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are the customer's responsibility. PROJECT 64 will not be liable for packages delivered to addresses provided by the customer.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
- You must inspect deliveries immediately and report damage or shortages within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear photographs. Claims submitted after this period may be declined.
- We provide complete replacement for any items that are damaged during shipment. After you submit sufficient evidence (photographs of the item and packaging, plus any carrier damage reports), our customer service staff will confirm the damage by email or telephone and complete your replacement order promptly.
- If a Carrier reports delivery but you have not received it, notify us within 7 days of the Carrier’s ‘delivered’ status; otherwise, we will treat the order as fulfilled.
- For unclaimed or returned packages due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery without cause, or failure to collect from the carrier, we may charge a restocking fee and/or additional shipping costs for redelivery. Customers must provide documentation clarifying the delivery issue (e.g., updated address confirmation, carrier refusal notices) before redelivery can be arranged.
FORCE MAJEURE
- Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, pandemics, labor disputes, or telecommunications failures.
- In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and work towards resolving the situation as soon as practicable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Our aggregate liability for any shipment shall not exceed the lesser of (i) the purchase price of the affected product(s) or (ii) the total shipping charges paid for that shipment.
- We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of shipping delays, carrier errors, or other logistical issues beyond our direct control.
- All delivery timeframes mentioned in this policy are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption).
CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time and will notify you by email or by putting a clear notice on the Website if there are any significant changes. The Policy shall take effect as of the date of any update, modification, or change. By continuing to place orders after any amendment, you accept the updated Policy. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy will be regulated by, interpreted in line with, and construed in compliance with Indian law. The only venue of jurisdiction will be Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In the case of a dispute arising out of this Policy, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a sole arbitrator jointly nominated by both parties and regulated by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
