Refund policy
CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
PROJECT 64 believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. This document outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, returns, and refunds for products purchased from PROJECT 64, operating under the brand name Onsomblr. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by this policy.
1) CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- PROJECT 64 does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is sub-standard.
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after placement by sending an email to support@onsomblr.com without requiring justification.
- All cancellation requests must include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.
- Upon approval of your cancellation request, we will refund any payment you have made within five to ten business days to the original payment method used for the transaction.
2) RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- We provide complete replacement for any items that are damaged during shipment. After our customer service staff confirms the damage through email or telephone, replacement orders are completed quickly.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the PROJECT 64, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- Replacement Orders and Refunds will only be performed if the inquiry is made within 30 days of the order placement. After thirty days from the date of purchase confirmation, no questions or complaints will be handled.
3) RETURN CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
- PROJECT 64 does not accept returns for personalized or customized products unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel and certain accessories cannot be returned once the package seal is broken or tags are removed.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- PROJECT 64 reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or does not comply with our return policy.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned unless defective.
4) RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at Support@6ty4.in within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
5) RETURN SHIPPING
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- In case of PROJECT 64 error or defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
- Risk of loss during return shipping remains with you until the returned item is received by us.
6) REFUND PROCESS
When we receive your returned product(s), our quality control team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If your return is approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 6-8 business days.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
For exchanges, once we receive your returned item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) to you. If the replacement item is of higher value than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
7) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates acceptance of such changes.
